Change of Name.
NOTICE is hereby given, that I, EUGENE VICTOR HAYES-GRATZE, of Ulidia, Woodstock avenue, Hendon, Middlesex, and of 44, Whitfield street, Tottenham Court road, London, Engineer, formerly called Eugene Victor Gratze (being a natural born British subject and the son of natural bom British subjects), for and on behalf of myself and my heirs and issue lawfully begotten, by deed under my hand and seal, dated seventh day of March, 1917, and duly enrolled at the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature, did wholly and utterly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of my said former surname of Eugene Victor Gratze, and did assume, adopt and determine to take and use from the said date the surname of Hayes-Gratze in lieu of and substitution for my said former surname of Gratze
