PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Court in:—
(I) CAUSE No. 3 OF 1966
By Peter Wippel Winter of P.O. Box III, Nyeri, Kenya, for a grant of probate of the will of the late Daisy Winter w/o William Arthur Winter of Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, who died at Nairobi, Kenya aforesaid on the 7th day of May 1965.
(2) CAUSE No. 4 OF 1966
By John Wilfred Spiers of P.O. Box 231, Nanyuki, the sole executor named in the will of the late Sophie Therese Ambler Davies of Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, who died at Cape Town, South Africa, on the 8th day of April 1965.
This Court will proceed to grant the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered on or before 30th July 1966.
